Children & Families
Worship
Each Sunday families are welcome to join in our worship. On the first Sunday of the month we worship together in church. Some of the children help us in our worship playing music, singing and leading prayers.
For the rest of the month the children and the young people are invited to join the Sunday club 'Cogs' which meets in the hall. For younger children we have a lively crèche in the church office, for children aged 3-6 years old there is also 'Sprockets' a 'godly play' sessions in the chapel.
Toddlers
Our toddler group meets on a Friday morning in the church hall. This group is for anyone caring for a child up to school age. Along with the toys they also provide an art activity and join in a few short services in the church to mark special occasions.
Uniformed organisations
We have groups of Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Brownies and Rainbows who meet each week in the Church Hall and join us at 10 o’clock on Sundays once a term for a Parade Service.
Schools
The members of the church regularly participate in the life of the local schools, taking monthly assemblies and teaching RE. The schools also come to visit the church to explore a Christian place of worship in their community.
